School Teacher Training Research Institute Integration

This paper discusses the "Research&Training" in school-based teacher training to deeply understand of the role of school-based teacher training in enhance the professional skills of teachers.This paper describes the significance of school-based teacher training, combing the status of this subject at home and abroad, determining the research point:Research&Training. This article analyzes the current situation of school-based teacher training, noting the connotation, characteristics, form and meaning in this training. On this basis, the article make a brief analysis on teachers’ professional skills, defining the role of school-based training in teachers’professional skills training.In the analysis, based on school-based teacher training, this article focus on Research&Training. The article discusses the following contents:meaning, theory, principle in school-based teacher training.M School, a rural junior high school, will be an example in analysis of strategies of Research&Training. The policy includes the status of teachers in schools; various collective training, such as academic education and non-academic education, new courses training; special teaching activities, such as teaching reflection, teaching festival, school appraised; teaching and research activities as well as training in self-help of external resources.Through the above analysis, the article point that the content of school-based teacher education should be based on the actual situation of school setting, on the development needs of schools and teachers, on the educational theory, subject knowledge, classroom management. Training methods should be diversified, integrated use of case studies and self taught.
