Chinese comprehensive strength is enhancing and global’s "Chinese fever" is rising.Under this background, the scale of Chinese International Education is so gradually expanded to accordingly accelerate the interdisciplinary research,particularly reflected in extension and expansion of the area of the country perspective.According to the basic consensus that cultural education is an integral part in Chinese International Education,this article starts from the individual practice,then combines minority culture with Korean Tourism High School’s teaching by micro perspective to explore the fundamental theories and summarize the experience.This text contains five parts,the introduction part analysis the background, current research, purpose and significance and research methods to grasp the start point of thesis research.Except for conclusion part,intensive discourse contains three chapters.The first chapter discusses the relationship between Chinese International Education and Chinese minority culture, and proves that importing minority culture is beneficial to enrich structure of cultural education from many angles.It also emphasizes that we should follow the large-scale and country-specific tendency of research in real life,points out that cause of Chinese International Education owns the special function which strengthens the understanding about minority culture in the world.The second chapter primary combines teaching in Haeundae Tourism High school to organize analysis of the teaching materials and questionnaire, then finds out that teaching materials lack of minority culture,so do inner-outer classroom.But scale of underlying needs is huge and practical application will be wide, teaching methods also need improvement.The third chapter is paper’s emphasis,based on Korean Tourism High School establishes modified research of teaching practice of minority culture.It emphasizes that we need to clear teaching element included environment,object and mission.We need to grasp specific teaching principles of minority culture,and combine with case to improve practice from many angles in textbook and inner-outer classroom.
