Through the investigation and Study on this,to get the first hand about the occupation career planning in higher vocational colleges, students in self understanding aspects of the situation, students’self cognition to the occupation career planning which influence, and the degree of the effect etc..In addition, through the representative case of individual interviews, questionnaire survey to compensate to some extent in the aspect, for vocational college students have a more intuitive understanding of the occupation career planning, especially the students’self cognition still exist what problem, and how to improve and make up.For the result of the survey and the analysis can see,after a comprehensive summary of investigation and research the following conclusions:first, through the analysis of the data, we can see a reasonable and scientific design of the questionnaire, the questionnaire has higher reliability and validity, for each problem set the item is reasonable, with high degree of association, has a good discrimination; secondly, through the investigation and analysis,see the different gender, different students of different occupation, parents and different occupation standard in the occupation career planning had significant differences, therefore, will put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in accordance with these differences, make students better to complete the occupation career planning;finally, combining the results of the survey situation, affects the student’s occupation career planning is significantly affected by the level of self-awareness of their own, scoring in the students’self awareness is very low. The overall situation of Higher Vocational Colleges present occupation career is not very good, at a relatively low level in many aspects, especially the self-improvement of the dimension, the need to strengthen; the students in Higher Vocational Colleges urgently need to improve self understanding level to achieve the occupation career planning.
