As China is under the context of modern transformation, the social inclusion and social adjustment problems about adolescent are concerned by our sociality, the deviant behavior on campus prones to become an important problem of adolescent socialization. Not only does deviant behavior affect the healthy growth of young people themselves, but also put an increasingly serious negative impact on the family, school and society, and therefore delinquency research is increasingly becoming an area of great importance in academia and society. In previous studies, the object or external perspective on adolescent deviant behavior is described or from theoretical analysis, the lack of perspective from adolescent subjects to explain the formation of their deviant behavior in interaction with the social environment has been found. To be able to give a more in-depth understanding of the context of juvenile delinquency, the study will focus on the study of a teenager who has the typical individual deviant behavior. Through the study of this individual, we want to interpret the generation process and the significance of his deviant behavior, so to enhance the reader’s understanding of juvenile delinquency. In research methods:this study used case study in qualitative research methods. The selected case is a typical teenager with deviant behavior, his behavior to a certain extent reflects the main features of the current juvenile deviant behavior, which is a microcosm of the adolescents with deviant behavior. On data collection, I mainly use participant observation and in-depth interviews to collect data. Through detailed analysis of the data, the study bases on youth-oriented perspective will interpret the meaning and generate context of adolescent deviant behavior. Conclusions:First, the study demonstrates the deviant behavior is continuously generated and constructed in interaction with various factors of the environment. The study subject, as an individual, is not negative and passive, his deviant behavior is a conscious, active social construct through the interaction with social environment. Second, different from the mainstream values of society’s negative perceptions, the individual gives a lot of positive awareness and attitudes to his deviant behavior. Deviant behavior has a positive role in helping to ease the pressure, resist the crisis, demonstrate strength, gain recognition, express autonomy and the right to speak, which is a way to achieve hidden resilience.
