With the deepening of China's education and teaching reform and the implementation of the national new curriculum reform standards and programs,it puts forward new requirements for teacher professional development to promote the transformation of teacher education concepts and teaching methods.As one of the ways to promote the professional development of teachers,teacher training has made important contributions to the cultivation of teachers' comprehensive quality and the improvement of teachers' professional level.But the teacher training also gradually exposed the training content is not strong,the training form is single,the training effect is difficult to guarantee and so on the outstanding question.In order to make teacher training take the initiative to adapt to the practical requirements of deepening education reform and comprehensively implementing quality education,it is urgent to reform the thinking and mode of teacher training.In 2018,the ministry of education issued the education informatization 2.0 action plan,indicating that information technology and education will usher in a deeper integration,and the application of information technology will provide a new perspective for the development of teacher training.As the main way to improve teachers' professional development,teacher training will play an important role in the construction of teachers and the improvement of education quality in poverty-stricken counties.The application of information technology provides technical support for poverty-stricken counties to break through the dilemma of resource shortage,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of teachers in poverty-stricken counties,and continuously promote the reform of teacher training in poverty-stricken counties,thus bringing new opportunities for the development of teacher training in poverty-stricken counties.So the poverty-stricken counties and the state of teacher training,teacher training for counties in show the problem,analyze the causes of the problems are behind,with the help of a teacher training education informationization means for counties in the subsequent implementation and improvement of the put forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the level of counties in the teachers' professional development,promote county education teaching quality,promote the realization of education equity and education modernization,both theoretical and practical significance.The research of this paper starts from the collection of existing policy documents,academic papers,educational monographs and other literatures,and classifies the content of teacher training,teacher training in poverty-stricken counties and teacher training in educational informatization from two aspects at home and abroad.On the basis of preliminary understanding of the current situation of teacher training and related research at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the contents of teacher training thinking,mode,evaluation method and service in different literatures by means of educational informatization,and provides theoretical basis for studying the problems and countermeasures of teacher training in poverty-stricken counties.According to the research object,this paper first defines the connotation of the relevant core concepts.The poverty-stricken county in this paper refers to the poverty-stricken county supported by the state,namely the national-level poverty-stricken county.On this basis,the questionnaire survey and interview survey were conducted on the training of primary and secondary school teachers in D county,a state-level poverty-stricken county in shaanxi province in the past three years.Based on the analysis of questionnaire data and interview data,the author found that the teacher training in poverty-stricken counties mainly focuses on county-level training,with fewer times and shorter duration of teacher training.The existing problems of teacher training in poverty-stricken counties are the lack of initiative in teacher training,the lack of effectiveness in teacher training content,the lack of diversity in form,the lack of rationality in evaluation and the lack of continuity in service.The main reason is that teachers in poverty-stricken counties have different understanding of teacher training.The schools in poverty-stricken counties have not perfected the guarantee system of teacher training participation;The lack of resources in poverty-stricken counties restricts the implementation of teacher training.The evaluation and feedback of teacher training in poverty-stricken counties are insufficient.In the last part of this study,the author puts forward some development countermeasures for teacher training in poverty-stricken counties by means of educational informatization.In other words,based on the main body of teachers in poverty-stricken counties,train their self-improvement consciousness and information technology application ability,establish the system of teacher training security system in poverty-stricken counties,assist the teacher training in poverty-stricken counties in a concerted way,support the network research and training in poverty-stricken counties with information means and improve the system of teacher training support and service in poverty-stricken counties.
