Along with the reform and opening up and the continuous development of social economy in our country, more and more rural surplus labor flow into the cities. In recent years, the family migration became a new trend between the migrant workers, a large number of rural children came to the city with their parents, and forming a huge special social group "migrant students". Migrant students is an important part of migrant population in our county, and its education problem has been widely concerned. In order to protect migrant students’ right of education, our government has issued a series of relevant education policies, so most migrant students can access to city public schools to accept education, just like the urban students. However, if access to city public schools means the real equality in education remains to be studied. How is the study situation of migrant students in city public schools? It worth our attention. And the students’ class behavior is an important part of classroom teaching, is the real reflection of students’ learning situation. To understand the education situation of migrant students in city public schools, the students’ class behavior is a problem which cannot be ignored. Therefore, this study focus on migrant students’class behavior in city public schools, and explore the relevant factors which impact migrant students’ class behavior. On this basis, put forward some advises to improve migrant students’ class behavior.In order to study the migrant students’ class behavior, the author investigated part of migrant students and urban students in Chongqing by questionnaire, observation and interview. According to the survey, this paper get the current situation of migrant students’ class behavior, and compare the class behavior differences between migrant students and urban students from four aspects, these aspects are class participation, class involvement, Non-learning behavior and class attitude. The study found the difference between migrant students’ class behavior and urban students’ class behavior, migrant students’ class behavior is not optimistic. Meanwhile, combined with questionnaire, observation and interview results, analysis the reason of the differences, and find out how these reasons affect students’ class behavior. Finally, giving some advices to the society, family, school and migrant students themselves, in order to improve migrant students’ class behavior.
