After reform and opening up,our country has been in the period of economic transition and development,and a large number of rural labor forces work in cities.The migrant population is usually dominated by family units,which leads to the increasing number of migrant children in the urban population as the second generation immigrants,thus leading to the education problem of migrant children.Due to the limited economic conditions,low social status in the city,low level of education and other reasons,migrant workers cannot provide their offspring with better family education.Therefore,school education is more important and effective in the growth and education process of migrant workers’ children.This study takes H Primary School for the children of migrant workers,where I will work,as the research object,starting from the content,objectives and methods of class management,and conducts research and discussion on the specific situation of class management for the children of migrant workers.At the same time,questionnaire and interview methods are adopted in this study to conduct a detailed investigation on class management in H Primary School.Through the statistical results of the above survey and interviews,it is not difficult to find that there are some typical problems in class management in H Primary school,such as: low participation of students in class management objectives;No practical class management objectives;The emphasis of class management is on achievement level education,but mental health education is neglected.Class management method is not scientific enough.Through a systematic analysis of the above problems in management based on theoretical basis and practical basis,the following conclusions can be drawn: the head teacher does not have a clear cognition of students as the subject status;The head teacher lacks the relevant class management theory foundation and skills research;Parents and teachers lack awareness of class management;The school has not perfected the appropriate class management evaluation mechanism;The concept of exam-oriented education caused by rendering,etc.In addition,this study puts forward corresponding optimization measures and suggestions for these existing problems.In view of the above problems,the school management and related personnel of H Primary school should: adhere to the principle of synergy,take diversified class management as the goal,take effectiveness as the premise,make overall planning for class education objectives,and improve the standards and requirements of class management;Schools and teachers should pay more attention to students’ mental health education.Make teaching methods and teaching concepts more scientific.Further,it provides a theoretical and practical basis for the managers and front-line teachers of migrant children schools in the process of class management theory research and teaching practice.
