The problem is people’s knowledge of dynamic foundation, is the starting point of thinking. Discovering and putting forward problems and is the source of innovation, is the beginning and end of the innovative teaching. Whether a person has excellent innovation ability, mainly depends on whether he has a psychological orientation, and actively explore the keen ability to identify problems and put forward the question of courage. So it is important to cultivate students’innovation spirit and innovation ability must first trains the student to find the problem and proposes the question ability. In the situation of new curriculum reform, the Jiangyan province Jiangsu second middle school’s research was also conducted education related, established a "real classroom" teaching ideas, and then put forward the problem of "chain guidance" mode."Question chain guidance" is through the creation of context specific problems, guide the students to find problems, solve problems, understanding the process, to actively acquire and use certain knowledge and skills, to maximize the open students’ mind, to actively participate in the teaching process, students take the initiative to explore. The basic structure of this mode is:finding problem, problem solving, problem awareness. Application of "question chain guidance" mode, the most important prerequisite and the key is the student to find the problem.Through my own teaching practice, as well as between and peer exchange, found that the research and Practice on "students found that geography ability" is not deep enough, and partial in the perspective of education, neglect geography characteristics, mainly in classroom practice to encourage students to dare to ask, for students to observe the situation from the geographical perspective, found geography, the instructor is not enough, leading to the students quality is not high. A lot of the geography teacher though aware of cultivating students’ ability to find geographic problem is very important, but the lack of effective method.Through questionnaire survey, A comprehensive understanding of the school and the surrounding schools found brothers situation and geography teacher’s ability of problem found consistent attitude geographic problems and take action in the classroom for students, and between the different grades, elective classes and the compulsory class carries on comparative analysis to find out the causes for high school students, found that geography ability is poor, and to the teacher teaching reform to improve students’ ability to discover whether geographical problems with feasibility analysis and strategy of argument. Finally, aiming at the reason, from the teacher teaching point of view, the future how to improve high school students found that the teaching strategy of geographic problem ability, also has practical reference significance to other colleagues.
