Educational Games Applied Research In Mathematics Teaching In Primary Schools

This study aimed to explore the teaching elementary school students to receivemath games later, problem solving skills and learning attitude change, and tounderstand the extent of the course acceptance. For a school student conduct140tests, elect, the low level of60students, divided into a control group and theexperimental group in half, the experimental group received teaching math games,the control group received direct instruction. Teaching time and a half, two groups of12lessons. An attitude of learning attitude questionnaire to analyze whether theirattitudes change, and qualitative semi-structured interviews for some students;acceptance of the curriculum places a feedback questionnaire, the studentsunderstand the feelings and acceptance of courses.Specific findings are as following:(1) for enhancing the teaching ofmathematics education in the game, the effect of low-achieving students test scoressignificantly.(2) Use of multivariate analysis, excluding the impact of pre-test results,the effect of two kinds of teaching methods of teaching post-test scores caused asignificant difference.(3) experimental groups significantly delayed delayed effecton test scores.(4) math games teaching method can enhance students’ conceptualknowledge of various types of area. Two groups, the experimental group concept invarious types of correct answers was significantly higher than the control group.(5)Accept remedial teaching math educational games students in mathematicsattitude has clearly improved.(6) can be seen from the interviews regardless ofstudent achievement, teaching both loved the game, and the exclusion of asignificant improvement in mathematics.(7)game modes of attendance ormathematics education curriculum, students have a high degree of acceptance.
