With the advent of the information technology era, the popularity of a variety of mobile devices, as well as information technology education in developed countries vigorously respected. In the field of education micro-learning is gradually rising. Micro-learning advocate is concept of Mobile learning, Fragmented learning, Independent learning, Lifelong learning. Micro-learning has become a part of our learning, live and work. Therefore, a better design and development of micro learning is essential for us.The author uses research methods literature, interviews, case study method, and the theory of the origin and micro-lesson as background research. Given this basis, based on the concept of micro-courseware author of the study were to be re-defined, and to identify the characteristics of the micro-courseware, in addition, based on the author’s research and design principles of micro courseware design and so on. Full attention to the design process, the micro-courseware content and concise, with a short time and so. Also proposed a type of micro-courseware, according to one of several types, using the interactive features of mobile devices in development and design, but also for the study of interactive courseware scholars behind micro pave, and finally made some constructive suggestions for reference.The first chapter is an introduction, describes the background, the implementation of the purpose of this study, the significance of research and the use of the method in the study, laying the groundwork for subsequent research.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation and related research, mainly on the micro-courseware used by the theoretical foundation and domestic and foreign experts in the study of micro-class status and study the problems.The third chapter is based on the second chapter, the author proposed the concept of micro-courseware, features, design principles, use of premises, and the type of micro-courseware.The fourth chapter is on the micro-courseware design, powerful type proposed by the author based on micro-courseware, use the interactive features of flash software, design the relevant micro-courseware.The fifth chapter is to summarize and weaknesses of this paper puts forward some constructive suggestions for reference.
