| Gender role, a social classification, different distinction based on a series of psychological traits and social norms. As a classification, without violating accepted universal values, and there is no difference of right and wrong between different types of gender roles. However, we a living in social groups.Each person needs to communicate with people in order to adapt to the social, especially for high school students. As a measure of psychosocial adaption,This research aimed at exploring different types of gender roles and their individual relevance of psychosocial adaptation, seeking the best type of gender role. And aimed its educational direction, trying to improve the adaptability of high school students before they come into the community.265high school second year high school students in Beijing were tested.54projects, five and six factors of masculine, feminine scale were established. According to scores, the students were divided into undifferentiated, feminine, masculine and androgyny four types of gender roles. Then between different types of gender roles, the results showed that the androgyny have the highest score of psychosocial adaption, it is consistent with Bem’s. Subsequently, some exposition about androgynous education were given, including the educational content, the educational period, the impact of education and educational goal setting. |
