Studies On Safety Education Strategies Of Migrant Workers Primary Campus

In recent years, safety accidents occur in primary school campus frequently, whichmakes the pupils’ security lack of protection.The school takes learning as a top priority, thusweakening the safety of pupils. However, it is this wrong understanding of the school thatleads to a lot of bloody tragedy.By studying migrant workers elementary school safety education policy, this articleinvestigates a elementary school of Huanggu, Shenyang, with the instruments ofquestionnaires and interviews to explore the current status campus safety education. Firstly,this paper elaborates the existing problems on campus safety education from three aspects ofschool, teacher, and pupils. Then the paper analyzed the cause of this problem from thesociety, schools, teachers, and pupils. Finally, the countermeasures were proposed. Thecontent of the countermeasures are: Continually updating the education content of security toaccommodate advances in safety education; focusing on the stage evaluation, carrying outirregular raid. For the school, they should establish education programs equip with specialsafety education teachers, enrich school safety resource; carry out large-scale inter-schooland school practice, enhance mutual exchanges and communication; meanwhile, themanagement and precaution of security can not be relaxed, to truly make every related peopleis responsible for his job. For the teachers, their awareness of safety education should becultivated to make them to be a qualified teacher. What is more, related training for teachersshould be given to enable them to take the initiative to learn about safety knowledge andincrease their knowledge storage. For the pupils, their cognitive ability is relative low, andthey are easy to be impulsive and restless, so we need to educate them the awareness of"safety first", teach them to learn self-help and gradually develop a good habit of safetyprimary. If all the work can be done well, it will ultimately form a common safety educationnetwork of society, school and family. The above countermeasures are proposed not only inorder to improve its campus security education system, but also provide a reference for othercampus safety education in primary schools. Moreover, the countermeasures can also furtherdevelop primary education security and make a contribution to the development of educationin the field of national security.
