The new curriculum reform implementation for12years, periodic and substantial results achieved. From2001to2011, it is the first stage of the new curriculum reform, since2011, the second stage of the new curriculum reform. For ten years before the problems discovered in the implementation of new curriculum reform, the new curriculum reform outline and curriculum plan adjusted, further improve and deepen the new curriculum reform at present stage., much attention has been paid to the effectiveness of classroom teaching question is the key of the new curriculum reform.The author consult a large amount of effective teaching books, for the study of high school ideological and political class teaching effectiveness to provide theoretical guidance. Through personal teaching practice, the widely listen to the teacher as well as to the part of high school teachers and middle school students, the questionnaire survey to obtain firsthand material, found that there exist in ideological and political class teaching in high school:’much less, establishment situation, teacher speaks, students participate in more little, default problem, generate less, more efficient interaction, classroom to carry out many problems, such as less its reason is: educators teaching idea transformation does not reach the designated position, the teaching method is less than optimal design, and needs to improve teachers’own quality, student’s own conditions remains to be improved, and so on.Therefore, only by changing the high school ideological and political teachers’ teaching idea, actively promote the political teacher’s quality, to optimize the design of the high school thought political lesson teaching effectively, to form the multilateral interactive teaching mode and so on measures to arouse the enthusiasm of students’political and participatory and cultivate students’ autonomous learning awareness and ability, to improve the effectiveness of high school ideological and political class teaching.
