In twenty-first Century,we entered the era of big data,high-speed information dissemination of knowledge growth and the Internet explosion,let the world education development are faced with new challenges.The development process of education,how to better meet the needs of students,to achieve fast speed on the demands of the students response,is the innovation of Education,education reform,one needs to pay attention to the problem in the development of education.Education has become an important standard to measure a national education development,education reform is more and more focused on the ability of education innovation and improve education innovation has become an important motivation for the development of education.How to use Internet technology to the classroom The practice of teaching,has become a new idea of the development of education in every country,the United States as the Internet technology's most developed countries,the education and practice of Internet links together,breakthrough innovation,triggered the education reform in many classrooms,flip the classroom is born in this background,the unique concept of education,innovative teaching mode has caused the domestic and foreign education experts'attention.The theory of Internet information technology based education and teaching by,expounds the innovation of education,education development,the relationship between Internet technology and flipping the classroom,put forward the concept of innovative features of the flipped classroom,connotation and form of expression.And the theory and practice of education in two aspects of teaching,the flipped classroom were analyzed.Analysis in the course of teaching.The application and development of this new form of education flipped classroom has changed the traditional positioning of the role of teachers and students,students from passive recipients of the original variable learning into active exploration,teacher education from the traditional teaching development as a leader.he development of the domestic education is easily affected by the international environment,but the foreign education is not certain to meet the actual situation of domestic education,so the introduction of innovative teaching mode of flipped classroom education,need to develop locally,learning the core teaching innovation in their education,find the deficiencies in the process of educational teaching practice in the actual domestic students,learning environment and learning mode on the basis of teaching adjustment,this is great challenge in the process of education innovation.Through the practice of teaching development,to flip the classroom use,this paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures of education reform:(1)California To support the reform of school education and teaching;(2)pay attention to the students,learning before class;(3)pay attention to the development of new skills and skills of teachers;(4)to establish a diversified educational evaluation mechanism.
