In the process of China’s reform in teacher education, secondary level teachers training colleges as a weak link in the system of teacher education, should continue to improve and perfect personnel training programs. In the wave of teacher professional development,10February2012, the Ministry of Education issued a " Kindergarten Teacher Professional Standards (Trial)"(hereinafter referred to as " professional standards "), which is China’s first kindergarten teacher professional standards, and this is ensure the quality of teachers and quality of kindergarten education to accelerate the popularization of the key documents in the new situation. It is an important basis for cuiture, access, training, and evaluation work. In this context, study of three-year secondary school’s pre-professional training program, to identify existing training programs’features and inadequates of the training objectives, curriculum and practice, then based on " professional standards " reconstruction the secondary pre-professional training program, has important theoretical and practical significanceIn this study, for example, Hunan Province, To implement the "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)" and "the State Council on the current development of pre-school education", Hunan Province issued a series of related documents, clear that the construction of specialized kindergarten teachers by improve the training system. Meanwhile, Hunan province as education, distribution of more than secondary school for kindergarten teachers, so Hunan, for example, can not only improve the Hunan Province seconary personnel training programs, but also that the country various provinces and seconary personnel training programs to provide advice and help.First, on the basis of summarizing and sorting relevant research at home and abroad, collect13secondary schools in the three-year pre-professional training program of Hunan Province, sort and coding training programs to facilitate the research conducted.Secondly, based on "professional standards", using text analysis method to sample training objectives, curriculum, educational practices, supplemented by interviews of relevant training programs to further understand the situation, The three-year pre-professional training college program has the following rationality:personnel training level positioning is reasonable, in line with the needs of society; more emphasis on the natural sciences、humanities and social sciences; Attach importance to educational practice, theory and practice of curriculum articulation reasonable. At the same time there are some problems:taking on too much talent training direction, graduation is not clear; lack of effectiveness of moral education; too much emphasis on the development of artistic skills; lack of pre-school education policies and regulations; ignore the knowledge and understanding of children’s knowledge and teaching methods. Analysis of the causes of these problems arise mainly includes three aspects: For a long time do not get enough attention to preschool education; Teacher Education links lack of supervision; lack of access to pre-school professional standards. Finally, based on "professional standards", combining the characteristics and weaknesses of the secondary pre-professional training program, to reconstruct the senondary pre-professional training program, including the reconstruction of the training objectives, curriculum set remodeling and reconstruction of educational practice.
