Excitation has an important role in the biological learning motivation. From the aspects of the factors affecting the students’ learning motivation,Arcs motivation theories designed by American famous psychologist John M.Keller proposed a lot of strategyes to improve the learning motivation and have very strong operation.Based on the related theories of educational and psychology, combined with the characteristics of biology classroom teaching in senior school, using the questionnaire survey, the case method and personal interviews, this article on how to take the ACRS motivation theories as the framework for thinking in the classroom instruction, has made the classroom teaching reform. The purpose of the reform is to improve high school students’ learning motivation level and improve the current situation of high school students’ biology study, So as to achieve improving the efficiency of classroom teaching the effect.The researcher has carried out the questionnaire, to understand the students present biological learning motivation,and obtain first-hand information, then the researcher has classified of teaching content, the Experiment type can be divided into the demonstration experiment and exploring experiment and investigative experiments, The new teaching lesson can be divided into the fact learning lesson,concept learning lesson and rule learning lesson. According to different teaching content of courses, the researcher has set a lesson into several learning activities, and set the learning motivation into emotional goals, the researcher has made use of the learning motivation of four factors on each link of the classroom teaching,has designed some methods to arouse and maintain the senior school students’ learning motivation, which make students interested in biology, and make full of confidence in biological study. Researcher has made the classroom teaching practice, through observing the student performance in class and having personal interviews after class to understand the student’s true feelings, the researcher has reflected on teaching, improved the method of stimulating learning motivation, and finally formed the perfect teaching cases.From the perspective of the senior school students’ non-intelligence factors and on the basis of learning motivation factors, researcher has used appropriate method to enhance motivation level in the senior school biology classroom teaching, which can give full play to students’ learning initiative,and will become a very good way to enhance the efficiency of the high school biology classroom teaching.
