In China, preschoolers generally refers to elementary school children whose ages from three to seven. the child’s upbringing personal experiences will have a crucial impact on their future life. Preschool children’s healthy growth include not only the physical aspects, but also includes aspects of psychological, social interaction, family and school education. The study on preschool children is comprehensive in china, which includes every aspect of preschool children basically. However, the overall dissert is seldom on the healthy growing-up of preschool children. Anhui province is a major agricultural province. With the disintegration of the urban-rural dual system and large numbers of surplus labor, a great deal of peasantry who are young chose to go out to work, with their children staying at home. Parents consider that it is schools that which are responsible for children education, so they take no notice on the education of preschool children. However, children who are3to7ages old are in their initiation age which will put ignorable influences on their future life without the good education. As it is usual in the poverty counties, so I chose one of the poverty counties to understand the condition of preschool children and try to identify some exist problems.Stay phenomenon is more serious in Susong County, Anhui Province. The kindergartens are mainly private and run well, as well as some problems which refer to the teachers and safety. The teaching mode of kindergartens is roughly the copy of primary education, which hinders the whole development of preschool children. In the ways of survey, I select some representative cases to study and analysis. What’s more, with the Piaget’s children development theory, Erikson’s "eight stages theory" and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, it comes to some conclusions that physical problems as malnutrition should be in attention though it is not the main problem; psychological problems are imperceptible but exist in children and should be treated properly. It is essential to improve children self-protection and security awareness since security risks exist. The social communication of poverty counties is a concerned topic which is improved with their growing-up, but it is lack in their education. At last, according to the study and problems, I came up with some facile cognitive that it is a practical approach to enlarge the investment and strengthen management; Among them, it is a fundamental policy to promote the economic construction and the economic level of poverty areas, increase the basic education facilities construction of preschool children, which includes construction of kindergarten, healthy care equipments and so on, make some measures to lead the government, schools and family to put more attention on the education of preschool children, provide them with a comfortable and safe environment which benefits their development. It should be not overlooked to identify the psychological problems of preschool children.
