Abstract/Summary:
Pay attention to the teacher professional development hasbecome a focus of research in the domestic and foreign scholars, andthis is also the inevitable requirement for teachers’ occupationdevelopment and lifelong development.With the deepening of the newcurriculum reform forward, the teacher is facing new challenges. Asthe subject knowledge and education combined with,scientific andtime, ideological and political education with other subjects do nothave the political function, education function and heuristic function,is an explicit moral education courses. Therefore, politics teachersshould attaches great importance to their own professionalaccomplishment, especially knowledgereserve, and pedagogicalcontent knowledge is the core part of teachers’ professionalknowledge, is an important measure for the professional developmentof teachers. To effectively promote the professional development ofpolitics teachers should pay attention to the teaching of knowledge development and improvement.This study focuses on the political teacher’s pedagogical contentknowledge, in order to put forward suggestions on the professionaldevelopment of political teacher. The study of pedagogical contentknowledge is divided into six dimensions: political and ideological andmoral cultivation, Marx’s theory,excellent professional knowledge,the corresponding theoretical knowledge of education and teachingand learning assessment knowledge representation of knowledge.The purpose of this research is to study the present situation ofteaching knowledge, political teachers’ subject characteristics,differences and in-depth analysis of backbone teachers and qualifiedteachers PCK and causes,and puts forward effective measures toenhance and improve the politicalteacher PCK. This study usedqualitative and quantitative research method,investigation of115teachers of politics of high school11middle school in LinfenCity, theStatus of pedagogical content knowledge,and analyses itscharacteristics; then combining classroom observation andinterviews to formal difference in-depth analysis of backboneteachers and qualified teachers PCK and its influencing factors,and from the students to further understand the difference betweenthe two types of the angle between the teacher, and finally putsforward effective measures to promote the political teacher teaching knowledge of the development of the corresponding. This studyaimed at the education of politics teachers can provide somereference suggestions, help the professional development of teachers,promote the effectiveness of Ideological and politicallesson teaching,and then implement the moral education function of Ideological andpolitical course.This study is divided into seven parts. The first part is theintroduction, mainly introduces the research background, researchpurpose and the significance of the study; the second part studies theintegration of teaching knowledge of domestic and internationalrelevant disciplines and briefly; the third part mainly with the highschool politics teachers’ pedagogical content knowledgeconcept,political teachers in teaching knowledge is divided into sixparts, of simpledefinition and explanation of important concepts andreferred to in this article;fourth part mainly introduces theinvestigation method of this study and the specific implementationprocess; the fifth part is based on the research for surveydata andinformation, in-depth analysis of the status quo and characteristics ofhigh school politics teacher PCK, and further analysis of thedifference betweenthe backbone teachers and qualified teachersand causes; the sixth part of the combination of research and foundthe problem, and puts forward the corresponding solutions; the seventh part is the reflection and prospect of this research, as well asthe backbone of teachers and qualified teachers put forward relevantmeasures to improve their own PCK...
