| With the development and wide application of multimedia technology, more and more kindergartens have applied PPT into education. As a unique form of children’s literature, picture books not only enable children to enjoy the colorful pictures, but also allow children to learn profound meanings through a simple story. So that children can experience the joy in the story and learn to grow up. These features make picture book became the focus of teachers, parents and social concerns. Due to the high price of picture books, many kindergartens can’t afford to let all the children have picture books. So teachers can use PPT instead, to show the characteristics of picture books clearly and dynamically in class. To regard PPT as the main medium of picture book teaching.During the internship in Oriental Doll Kindergarten, it has been found out that the application of PPT in kindergartens is not mature, and there are many problems. For example, the attitude of teachers, the production of PPT and the process of using PPT. Because of these problems, PPT can not work best, hence interrupting the combination of technology and teaching. In this case, children are lack of interest and enthusiasm to participate in learning, which directly affects teaching effectiveness of PPT in picture books teaching.In this study, the Oriental Doll Kindergarten is as the object of case study. And sampled6picture book teachers from the15teachers to interview. In order to know the teachers’ cognition and the application level of PPT. Thus to find out the problems of the using of PPT in picture books teaching. In this way, how to help kindergarten teachers to improve the skills and make the best use of PPT, to optimize teaching process has become an important issue we have to face. |
