The problem of unemployment faced in cities and towns of China is shown as mainly two kinds of forms at present: First, the problem of unemployment in the general meaning, including the urban workforce in cities and towns that can't get a chance to obtain employment and those who lose their job because various kinds of reasons and become the long workforce newly; Second, the unemployment of a kind of special form happening in the course of reforming in economic system reforms especially enterprises --Question that state-owned enterprise , urban collective-owned enterprise and the workers of other publicly-owned economic departments are " laid off ". The laid-off worker of enterprises increases, from the point of view of root, the comprehensive reflection of the profound contradiction accumulated for many years in economic development of our country. Extensive laid-off unemployed people have caused the enormous pressure to the society, after middle period of the 1990s', laid-off workers of the unemployment become the main poor stratum in China's city. The laid- off problem of unemployment of the worker of state-owned enterprise draws common concern of society, it is not only economic question or social concern, but also psychological problem.Among the Economics theory, that people hold assumption of reason (economic person) occupy the leading status. Rational choice theory, from the day of emerging, because various kinds of abnormal phenomena emerge in an endless stream, has to face lots of critics. In the domain of the social sciences, the criticism toward Rational choice theory mainly comes from three respects: First about maximize question that suppose, second about all human behaviors are rational issue of behavior, the third has a partiality for the question with the purpose about individual.Reason of sociology Rational choice theory rise in soil of economics, rational choice theory make to its discipline characteristic reason in economics sure to revise. Its economic reason to classical economics supposes that has done the revision of three respects: First, change the traditional totally rational assumption; Second, admit people's side with un-rational behavior; Pay close attention to the thing system culture to individual have a partiality for and influence function of purpose. Choose the theory to do very good explanation to this in reason of sociology represented by Coleman.Whether choose analysis of theory through economics and sociology reason, is it define to following odd concept to need: Reason, limited reason, human capital, social capital, political capital and economic capital.In supposing, the questions of main two respects of research of article. Standard of the behavior turn from " optimum principle " into " satisfied principle ",behavior of hunting for job is limited by various culture,institution and value.
