Population aging population has become a challenge of globalization, for all countries are continually build various policy measures to mitigate the phenomenon of population aging brings problems. A new policy for the welfare state concept of Western scholars proposed aging, namely to encourage older people to continue to participate in social activities after retirement. Ageing also imperative in China, to promote utilization of the elderly to participate in social activities both elderly advantages of human resources, but also help the elderly heavy price for a sense of self and a sense of social integration, maintaining physical and mental health. This paper mainly elderly retirees volunteer services for the study, the main research method is the use of literature analysis of elderly social participation, social grooming elderly volunteers and turned the system to continue to collect data using questionnaires, elderly volunteers within the community the status of specific service activities carried out to describe, analyze volunteer service activities for the elderly to maintain physical and mental health, social support networks expanded and enhanced social adaptability combined with interviews, to achieve a positive impact on self-esteem plays in life. In this demonstration retired elderly volunteer service, poor due to retirement can be avoided as a result of social adaptation, to help older people to complete this phase of life, socialization, and finally to carry out voluntary service for the existing problems, to explore how ideas from the community level, institutional policy level, and social work services layer to further improve older volunteers to help the elderly continue socialization smoothly, with dignity...
