Dialogue teaching isn’t only a new form of teaching but also reflects a new kind of teaching principle, more and more people pay attention to it. But not so many people research the dialogue teaching in physical class.Firstly, This study defined the core concepts, for example:dialogue, dialogue teaching, effective dialogue teaching, effective dialogue teaching in Physics classroom of high school based on a comprehensive literature review and an empirical research.Secondly, in order to grasp the situation about the teachers’ consciousness of dialogue, the teachers’ attention, the students’ sense of participation in dialogue, the dialogue ability of students and so on, we investigated the actual status of the current high school physics classroom dialogue teaching by the form of questionnaire. The results of investigation as follow:(1) An overwhelming physics teachers can use The dialogue teaching as one of the basic ways of daily teaching, to arouse the students’ interest, enthusiasm and participa-ton. But the vast majority problem is asked by the teacher, only a small part is asked by the students.(2) Teachers do not focus on some but all in the dialogue. Furthermore, teachers not only pay attention to initiating knowledge, but also focus on the students’ emotional life and emotional experience.(3) Students are willing to engage in dialogue, but they don’t put the wishes into action, because they’re too scared to make a mistake. Besides, students are willing to dialogue with those who are Close to age or experience instead of teachers.(4) Teachers can consciously inspire students to think positively, catch the opportunity to carry out a deep dialogue. They praised students with simple words after student answered the question. (5) Although they have the ability to dialogue with others, the ability to dialogue with themselves weak. They are short of the ability to dialogue with text, haven’t form good habits to dialogue with text yet.(6) Teachers have been put down,"Dignity" out of the "first teacher" status, as partners in head posture, respectful attitude to dialogue with students, and listening to their students. But there are over half of the students do not want to express their views.And then, we designed a observation Form of teacher-student dialogue behavior on the basis of research of predecessors. And then select eight physics teachers (four experience teachers, four novice teachers, and half of all teachers are men and half are women) as research samples to observe and research. After obtaining the original data through classroom observation, and then we used the SPSS software to compare and analyze it to see if any significance can be found and which experience teachers’ dialogue behaviors are more effective than novice teachers’, and to obtain effective dialogue behaviors in physics classroom of high school.The research outcome indicates that experience teachers’ dialogue teaching is more efficient than novice teachers’, it presents mainly the features as followings:(1) Ask more "Open ended questions"(2) Give students more "Waiting time" to think about the problem than the novice teachers’;"After the question, students discuss, read the book or conduct an experiment and then answer the question " times is more than the novice teachers’.(3)"After the question, the students are asked to answer it according to teachers’ interests " times is more than the novice teachers’;"After the question, the students are asked to answer it " times is less than the novice teachers’;"After the question, students all answer at once " times is less than the novice teachers’.(4)"The integrated of an answer" and the "creativity and valuation of an answer’ times are more than the novice teachers’.(5)"Teachers praise students with simple words" times and "Teachers give students appropriate an occasional prompt and guide them to correct themselves-study" times are more than the novice teachers’.(6)"Students to question and express their own views on teachers explaining or rationale " times is more than the novice teachers’;"Students to question and express their own views on the answers of other students " times is more than the novice teachers’, to form an atmosphere discussing.(7)"Reference to books" times is more than the novice teachers’ very significantly; "students and teachers to give an answer together by the inquiry of teachers together with students" times is more than the novice teachers’.Finally, based on the first two studies, the author tries to propose some strategies and proposals to the effective dialogue teaching in physics classroom of high school.
