In this case, the new citizen community not only into the cities, but also go back to the countryside, they are free in between, it has become the "double edge person".This study points out the influencing factors of new citizen identity mainly lies in two aspects, one is the institutional factors, long-term urban-rural dual structure, and the restriction of the household registration system, further increasing the new citizens of social distance, give them on the labels of farmers; Another dispute system, namely the influence of social support network for new citizen identity, main show is lack of social support, lack of emotional support and the lack of practical support from three aspects.
