With the rapid development of the Internet as the core of information technology, people’s lifestyles and learning styles have also changed. Internet technology produces major changes in the international education sector, but also greatly promotes the development of online education.However, the greatest feature of the network teaching is the separation from a distance between the teachers and students, which leads to the interaction barriers and drawbacks between the students and teachers, students and students, students and other teaching resources in the interactive activities. As a result, the network teaching must use the network teaching platform to perform interaction. At the same time, domestic and foreign related research shows that the level of interaction is the important factor influencing the network teaching and is also the core of the network teaching. To some extent, the pros and cons of interactive activities reflect the quality of network teaching, so the exploring study of network teaching interaction is of great significance. I selected the network teaching interactive activities in colleges and universities as the study matter on this research.At present, the study of the network teaching interactive activities in colleges and universities at home and abroad is still in an early stage, with systemic research still rare and the related literature and data short. At home, the research results in the network teaching interaction mainly include:definition of the interaction, characteristics and realization way; the introduction on several means and methods of the interaction, part of the construction of network teaching platform as well as the analysis and exploration of the application situation. Abroad, the study of network teaching interaction mainly lies in the characteristic advantage in the network interaction, interactive teaching design and specific case studies, etc.Based on consulting on a lot of technical literature and investigation on the sites related to network teaching and some theoretical analysis, this study discusses "interaction","network teaching" and "network teaching interaction" from the teaching subject and object in colleges and universities and then summarizes the characteristics of the network teaching platform in colleges and universities and it also has some detailed elaboration of the formations and elements of the network teaching in colleges and universities on the basis of constructivism learning theory, Bandura reciprocal determinism, Moore’s theory of interaction of autonomous theory. It establishes "host-guest interaction model" in the network teaching in colleges and universities. After the analysis of exploration on the mode of "interaction", expert investigation, data statistics and in-depth study, a set of index system in the network teaching interactive activities has been worked out based on the principles of index system, formulate, and Delphi method while it has been used to determine the weight of the index system so as to have more scientific and accurate evaluation on the interaction level of network teaching in colleges and universities. Finally, this paper uses the reliability and validity test to examine the index system of network teaching interactive activities, whose results show that the index system is reasonable and effective. In the process of research, I adopt the following research methods:the questionnaire survey method, Delphi method, literature method and action research method, etc. More information with more than200references at home and abroad, relevant12books, and the corresponding indicator set, scale of17has been collected and gathered. At last seven dimensions and36secondary indicators have been set up among the181indicators through repeated screening by removing the meaningless duplicates.This study has obtained the following results:1).To establish subject and object elements and model in the network teaching interaction in colleges and universities.2).To build network teaching quality evaluation index system in the network teaching interaction in colleges and universitiesThis study has great important significance in the improvement of the level of network teaching in colleges and universities. Through network teaching interaction evaluation index, a network course level can be judged clearly. It sets up an index system of network teaching interaction based on there liability and validity test to standardize the network teaching interactive activities, guide the design and development of the network teaching interactive function, achieve the target of improving the quality of network teaching, eventually to enhance the level of teaching in order to achieve the ultimate goal to promote the development of students and education purpose. The innovation of this study is to build a set of interactive function of network education evaluation system and the evaluation index system made by a preliminary reliability and validity test through the relevant theoretical analysis and practical research and predecessors’ achievements in the network teaching interactive elements and model, but also the development of network teaching in colleges and universities as well as the principles of establishment of network teaching interaction. However, this research also exists some deficiencies:due to the limited condition, time and space, the accuracy of the elements and the model of the interaction remains to be proven deeply to make a full of the index system of empirical research, so the feasibility and applicability of this system still needs further exploration and correction.
