At this point, as anecessary component of the basic education curriculum system character classes, has evidentelementary school curriculum structure in the education field.Moral curriculum has gone through several reforms, in the aspect of education to thestudent behavior is gratifying results have been achieved, but courses still exist someproblems, especially in the actual teaching process\"moralizing\"\"light practice\"phenomenon still exists, with some teachers’ teaching methods lack of innovation, ignore thestudent’s main body status, ignore to the training of the student to carry on the emotioneducation, moral behavior, etc., have caused the current primary school moral education effectis not ideal. In this paper, through the self-made questionnaire investigation, observing,interview, on China’s current primary school moral activity analysis of existing problems inteaching, research, combined with years of experience in teaching practice, in-depth analysisand put forward countermeasures for enhancing the effectiveness of primary school moralactivity teaching basic, for our country to improve primary school moral activity teachingpresent situation and countermeasure research to provide some useful reference.This article is divided into five parts.The first part, introduction of this paper.
