With the gradual advancement of basic education reform in China,the state and society of teachers’ professional ability put forward higher requirements,primary and secondary school teachers are constantly exploring to improve their professional ability of learning platform,and teacher studio professional radiation leading demonstration role has been widely recognized,is becoming the focus of primary and secondary school teachers growth innovation.Based on this,this paper uses the literature data method,interview method,case study method,logical analysis method and other research methods to study the activities and operation effect of the sports master studio.After sorting out the relevant documents at home and abroad,the famous teacher studio is constructed from the third space perspective to carry out teaching and research activities The theoretical model for the professional growth of teachers to organize theoretical support and implementation strategy;at the same time,Wenzhou CJT master studio as a typical case,deeply explore the activities of Wenzhou CJT master studio,find the constraints of the improvement of activities and propose the corresponding improvement strategy,to provide practical reference for the activities of each master studio.Through the study,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)The establishment of the famous teacher studio is conducive to primary and secondary schools,colleges and universities,social organizations and education departments to cross their respective barriers and build a space that integrates teaching practice,educational scientific research,educational resource output and regional radiation leadership.(2)In the "third space" model of the sports master studio,primary and secondary schools,colleges and universities,education departments,and social organizations as the main participants,and the physical education teachers in the region as the main body of practice,use four field objects:teaching space,thinking space,work space and network space to complete the development of the studio’s teaching and research activities and the dissemination and radiation of teaching and research results.(3)CJT Famous Teacher Studio creates various teaching and research activities for young teachers in the studio by organizing teaching space,expanding thinking space,building network space,expanding work space,etc.,which can not only achieve fruitful teaching and research results,expand the radiation scope of the studio,but also help students establish a positive learning attitude,enhance professional belief,improve teaching and scientific research level,and then promote the improvement of physical education teaching quality in the region.(4)The factors restricting the improvement of the effectiveness of the activities of the CJT Sports Famous Teacher Studio are mainly due to the rigid management assessment system,the low participation of social organizations and universities in activities,and the prominent engineering and academic contradictions of individual teachers.(5)In view of the factors restricting the improvement of the effectiveness of the activities of the CJT Sports Teacher Studio,the corresponding optimization strategies are proposed from the three levels of clarifying the development direction of the studio,improving the participation of social organizations and universities,and optimizing the"third space",so as to provide rational suggestions for the sports teacher studio to carry out teaching and research activities.
