Towards Social Enterprise: Xfz Development Mode

Along with the development of social enterprises in the social organization of rising, practical study of our social enterprises have gradually paid more attention to. At the same time, the western area of our country also put as a development model of charity are exploring social enterprise.The three dimensions of social enterprise concepts (i.e. target public, structural diversity, efficiency, integration of duality) for the use of three aspects of value objectives, organizational structure, business model to study, system analysis of a nonprofit organization in Weihe plain northwest (XFZ) the organization from the nonprofit--Social Enterprise--the social enterprise two transformation process. On the one hand, with the private non enterprise units license, engaged in the public welfare; on the other hand, the mechanism and hung with a business license, in order to carry out the employment of the disabled based production and business activities. Therefore, the mechanism of both the economy and charity functions. In the process of transition for the second time, institutions will be from the current nonstandard double track development process, gradually to the formal social enterprises, the same in deepening cooperation, public welfare orientation will devote itself to the value goal of the development of organization structure, management mode and standardize the order of integration.Although this mechanism in the second phase transformation is fumbling ceaselessly, also is influenced by many aspects of social environment, community resources, its development and constraints, such as social legalization, public charity culture consciousness popularization, social practice of enterprises development and other factors. But the author thinks, the transformation of disability services organizations in China, has experienced from enterprise CDPF, welfare enterprises, non-profit organizations to the long road of the development of social enterprises. Research on XFZ mechanism, revealing its unique development model transformation, can provide some reference ideas for the development of the western most welfare institutions for the handicapped.
