Since the implementation of new curriculum, the education penalty tradition’s legalstatus and the function receive people more and more questions, facing each kindunreasonable, illegal education penalty phenomenon, what do the people start to reconsiderthe education penalty are? Whether there is to exist necessity? In order to serve such purpose,what kind of penalty method is reasonable? Whether the school teachers do have thedisciplinary punishment power as well as how exercise the disciplinary punishment power,regarding this, the community has been whooping, this has affected secondary and elementaryschool education normal advance seriously. Therefore, this article in uses for referencedomestic and foreign to the disciplinary punishment education research foundation, through tothe disciplinary punishment education related concept’s limits as well as the disciplinarypunishment education’s function’s elaboration, has proven the disciplinary punishmenteducation existence necessity. At the same time, through the massive investigation and study,has analyzed the current elementary and middle schools disciplinary punishment educationexistence subject matter and the reason, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure andthe suggestion to the reasonable implementation disciplinary punishment education.This research mainly uses the survey procedure and the interview law, and auxiliary byliterature analytic method.
