| Gratitude is a traditional Chinese virtue, it is also an important moral sentiment,which refers to the individual in a positive emotional experience to realize that he is areceiver as some kind of favor when produced, and to be able to react with thegratitude of a generalization tendency, is a positive moral sentiment.The inefficiency of our current moral education has been widely criticized, thefundamental reason is the educational patterns that “emphasize knowledge, lightemotionâ€, and “stress preaching, light experienceâ€. As a positive moral sentiment,gratitude emotion has the unique moral function, which is the full content of moraleducation indispensable. Therefore, based on the perspective of gratitude emotion toexplore moral functions of gratitude emotion of college students, it is not only thenew growth of university’s moral education research in the new era, but also helps tosolve the problems of the university moral education theory and practice and thus toenhance the timeliness of the current moral education to provide theoretical andpractical basis.This paper is divided into a total of four sections to explore the moral function ofgratitude emotion of college students:The first chapter is the introduction. This chapter combines literature, Chineseand foreign gratitude emotion of theoretical and empirical research in ancient andmodern, analysis personality and subjective well-being, proposal behavior ofcorrelation connotation of gratitude emotions, and elaborate research ideas, methodsand significance.The second chapter is the theoretical study of the moral function of gratitudeemotion of college students. This section is to discuss basic theories about the moralproperties and moral function of gratitude emotion, and further in-depth analysis ofthe value and significance of gratitude emotion.The second chapter is the empirical study of the moral function of gratitudeemotion of college students. This section is mainly through questionnaire method forcollege students to investigate the status of gratitude emotion; the gratitude emotion has induced the ethical behavior, and carries on a detailed discussion and analysis ofthe survey results.The fourth chapter is to explore the ascension path of gratitude emotion ofcollege students. This chapter is mainly from the social aspects of school education,family education, as well as aspects of their college education to raise the ascensionpath of gratitude emotion of college students, in order to promote the development ofcollege students’ moral education. |
