A Study On Pupils' Gratitude Consciousness

Gratitude is the traditional virtue of Chinese nation,the soil of grateful ideas is pregnant with gratitude behaviors and civilization constantly.Primary stage is the key period in one?s life,moral education is so important,it will have an effect on one?s outlook on life,world outlook and values.Therefore,cultivating pupils gratitude consciousness has important significance for the formation of moral quality.On the basis of the previous research,selects 420 students as the object of investigation,using questionnaire and interview method to analyse the questions and characteristic of pupils gratitude cognition,emotion and behavioral tendency.In understanding,based on the status quo of gratitude consciousness,to assess the difference of gender,grade,whether or only-child and parents?s education level,in order to grasp the questions and characterstic of pupils?gratitude cognition.The results of the survey show that,the overall level of pupils ? gratitude consciousness is higher,but there is some problem: pupils?gratitude consciousness is unbalanced at different latitude,gratitude emotion is deficiency,the gratitude consciousness to strangers is generally indifferent and is weak at natural things.Pupils?gratitude emotion decreases with the increase of their parents? educational level.The gratitude consciousness of high-grade pupils is weaker than that of middle-grade pupils.In view of the problems of pupils? gratitude consciousness author form the social,school,family three main reasons to start analysis.On the basis of the investigation result and the reason,the author puts forward the strategy of strengthening gratitude consciousness of pupils.Firstly,Relying on the mass media to actively promote the spirit of gratitude culture and form a well social gratitude atmosphere.Secondly,Enriching the school gratitude practices that linking to emotion.Such as getting help form school,holding classic works reading activities,fusing the daily life experience into the classroom.Finally,Pay attention to cultivate children?s gratitude quality in family education.We can correct the idea of attaching importance to intelligence and despising morality and create a family gratitude atmosphere.
