| High school teacher training has been a “soft rib” in the teacher training in ourcountry. In the new ear, explore the reformation of the normal education under therequest of the High School teacher training problems. It is necessary to sort out theresearch status for the normal education connotation, the process of the policy evolution,the constriction of the teacher’s team and the research of the pre-vocational education.This study try starting from the practical level, in the base of the formation ofmultivariate normal education system to definite the normal education. From a staticpoint of view,“the policy” is defined to “follow the text of specification”. Teachers’ andHigh school teachers’ training were defined under the guidance of relevant authoritylaws. Meanwhile, in order to reflect the ear of studies, the starting point of the educationis set after2000.This article firstly analyzes and summary the content of the normal educationpolicy. the content mainly tends to open the teacher training system and grantee, thequality of teacher training. On this basis, the content also simply explains the status ofHigh school teacher training introduce High school teaching training system,trainingobjectives and curriculum. Secondly, deeply explore the problem of training Highschool teachers on the basis of understanding the present situation of High schoolteacher training and with the help of documentation and analyzed methods. In the end,the thesis put forwards the corresponding solutions, according to these existingproblems.This paper attempts to explore the problem of cultivation of High school teachertraining, in the perspective of normal education policy. By doing this, it can provide atheoretical references for improving the teaching training system. Through this study,we can find that there are many difficulties in cultivating the High school teacher. In aword, it’s a long way to establish a perfect teacher training system. |
