| For a long time, in learning to guide learners improve motorskills, people have been encouraged to let learners fully aware ofthe movement operation essentials is a necessary condition foraction successful learning. Recently more and more studies showthat the focus to the action itself "inner focus attention strategy" isnot entirely effective to promote the performance of the motor skillsand learning; And make the learners’ attention to the action effectof the external attention focus strategy can effectively promote theperformance of the motor skills and learning. But there is anobvious deficiency is involved in these studies are mostly closedmovement skills, openness and in need of more complex attentionbut little research in the motor skill learning. So the purpose of thisstudy is to validate the inside and outside the focus in the tennisopen the role of motor skill learning, study the teaching method inthe applicability of the ordinary university tennis teaching and thescientific nature, rich tennis teaching method, help beginners andyoung people to find more effective ways to learn to play tennis.This research mainly adopt the teaching experiment, the controlgroup students in action in the focus of attention mainly to areassuch as the arm, waist and shoulder cubits, and the quality of the finish; The experimental group students learning focus of attentionfocused on the movements of the racket and the placement of theball. Through the teaching experiment conclusion is as follows:(1)In tennis teaching in colleges and universities, on theexternal focus strategy under the guidance of learning good effectof traditional teaching and inner focus strategy under the guidanceof learning. External focus strategy for beginners to master thetennis technology has more obvious effect, but because of itsaccuracy and integrity of action request is not high, in the processof technology, the need to strengthen and improve the stability andfairness of the technique.(2) on the teaching method, external focus strategy is moresuitable for the collective teaching, when undertake to the studentcollective teaching, students have plenty of the ball theopportunity, can experience the fun of the hit the ball quickly,need not spend too much time on the skilled movements, is thestudents’ learning efficiency and learning enthusiasm wasimproved.(3) high school students in the experimental process not onlylearned tennis technique, and through a period of time learning theexperimental group and control one group of students in terms ofthe stability of the breadth of attention and attention are greatlyimproved, generally superior to control group two groups.Through the experiments show that the external attention focusstrategy for tennis such openness of motor skill learning also hasthe same role, universal applicability of external attention focalpoint advantage provides strong evidence. |
