After the new courses were putted into practice,compare with the old courses,there are great innovations and breakthroughs in the aspects of teaching concept,objective,content,method and estimate. This brings many challenges to all teachers,especially to the moral education teachers in junior high schools.Based on the particularity of the junior high schools,the teachers of junior high schools face more difficulties and problems when they participate in the reformation about new courses.How to let these moral education teachers adapt this reformation is propitious to the reformation and the implement of the new courses,what is more important,it is also propitious to the development of teachers' specialty.For long-term,this will bring very positive influence to the junior high school education of our country,even impact the whole education situation.Considering the above aspects,this thesis defines and analysis the category of "adapt" and "adaptability",then divide the moral education teachers' adaptability into four aspects:adaptability of education concept,adaptability of education attitude,adaptability of education behavior and adaptability of education ability.And around the 4 aspects,the author researched the adaptability about this new courses reformation of the moral education teachers in some junior high schools of Xuanwei city,YunNan province by using questionnaire investigations,visitations and observations in actual classroom.And then get the conclusions:At present,all the moral education teachers in junior middle schools can adapt the new courses reformation well,being slightly negative distribution.The questionnaire investigation shows that male or female or educational background of the moral education teachers can not bring distinct differences when they adapt the courses reformation;But there are many distinct differences in different types of schools,and the teachers whose school is in the city can adapt well. The visitations and the observations in classroom show:Most of the moral education teachers gratulate this reformation,and can understand the reformation,also can agree with the reformation.But a few teachers look on the reformation in repugnance.On the aspects of education behavior and education ability,some teachers can't be competent for the reformation and have some difficulty.Based on the analysis,the thesis gives out some suggestions about improving the situation of adaptation.Include reforming and perfecting the new courses continually,urging the teachers to think themselves,and reforming the estimate system, reforming the teachers' training system,uniting rigid and loose management mode,enhancing the cooperation between teachers,trying to get the support and cooperation of paterfamilias,and caring for teachers more.and so on.
