With the development of science and technology, globalization of the economic, and the reinforcement of domestic and oversea market competition, if enterprises hope to survive and develop, it is necessary and important that they should train and educate a batch of personnel who master technology, have good mind and have very powerful adaptability and competition.The personnel training in the enterprise is the key of the exploitation of human resouse .It has been thought as a fundamental work that can obtain benefit from management and a tie that enterprise and personnel grow together as key of enterprise human resource exploitage. On the one hand,from the aspect of the employee, enterprise training can raise personnel professional ability, develop their latent energy of human resource, achieve their value, increase their work satisfied level and improve their sense of belongingness and duty for enterprise; On the other hand, from th aspect of the enterprises,enterprise training can improve ability and quality of personnel in order that they would serve for enterprise development better , and personnel training can decrease accident, reduce cost and increase work efficiency and economic benefit, enhance the ability of market competition, strengthen the integration of enterprise system, increase cohesive force of enterprise culture, bring on enterprise intellect source and help enterprise system to develop. For this reason, human resource training of enterprise is the real essence of the enterprise. It's also the important strategy for enterprise's continuous development.By training, enterprises can guarantee the communality of personnel quality effectually as well as the coordination between personnel and enterprise and also guarantee the stable function of the internal enterprise.In the first part,the author analyze the importance of the personnel training and the status quo of the training in and out of the country .At the same time ,the author also discuss the external affect of the trainging,the information technology is the advanced and effective method of enterprise personnel training. Enterprise's personnel training is the most convenient method for employees to master and put in to pratcice. WTO is the opportunity as well as the challenge of enterprise personnel training .Meanwhile, personnel training can serve economic construction for WTO.In the second part, the article expounds the substance, status and connotation of enterprise's human resource training thoroughly, carefully and systematically in order to corrects the limitary understanding for personnel training . The author discusses the instructive idea for the training.At the same time ,the author also discuss the external affect of the trainging.In the third part,the article discusses keys and points of personnel training by analyzing ten principles that any enterprise should abide by . They are strategy principle, tactful principle, happy principle, protracted nature principle, practical principle, ownidirection principle, combined whole training and stress training principle, combined training with demand and participation and expenditure principle, combined individual development and enterprises development principle, feedback and strengthen training effect principle. And the author stresses that enterprise grasps overall situation of enterprise training firmly in the stage of enterprise development strategy They must think of different person, different matter and different time changes training method, abandons idea of impatient for success, persists in long-term and happy training.In the fourth part, the article researches three bottleneck-problems of present enterprises training.In the article, the author researches fundamental method for the demand of personnel training ,and analyze theselection of training teachers and management of training thoroughly.
