At present, with the fast development of society, people’s life and ideology are under atremendous change. More and more people are searching for sensitive and materialized things.They are indulged in this enjoyment. Some people even take this material enjoyment as a lifepursuit, thus neglecting the spiritual enrichment. While in the field of ideology and culture, withthe penetration of modern and postmodern ideas as well as the ideological trend in society, anincreasing amount of people are corrupted in mind.The ideology of vocational students, under such an influence of society, has also been greatlyaffected. In addition, secondary raws do not have good education and ideological and moralquality. In terms of study, most of them get tired of learning and have no interest or good habiton learning, rather than actively study, As to their actions, they do not have elegant actions andusually act impolitely. Moreover, parts of them are lack of spirits of pursuit and their abilities todistinguish right and wrong are low. Not a few vocational students lack relevant aestheticknowledge in spite of their vehement aspiration for beauty. Some of these students even havetwisted aesthetic ideology, which results in the low aesthetic taste. This is truly worrisome. Ithas been proved that vocational students’ Chinese course with a supplemental aestheticeducation can not only waken the students’ aesthetic awareness or subconscious, but alsocultivate their morality and purify their mind. Therefore, it can perfect their personality and atlast achieve development in an all-round way.This paper contains four parts: part one is a theoretical analysis on vocational students’particularity, the function of Chinese discipline in cultivating students, and the necessity ofChinese discipline reform. It puts forward the necessity of this study and defines relativeconcepts. Based on1000questionnaires, part two focuses on the problems in the currentaesthetic education in vocational school, in terms of the students’ aesthetic ideas, teachers’perspective on aesthetic education and the attention paid by the school to aesthetic education.Part three elaborates that Chinese teaching penetrated with aesthetic education can solve thisproblem. It expounds the significance of aesthetic education from four aspects, that is, it cancultivate a sound personality of the students, enhance their aesthetic ability and Chinese taste, improve their mentality and benefit the harmonious interaction among the students. Part fourstudies in detail the approaches of adding aesthetic education to Chinese discipline invocational school, and proposes to strengthen Chinese classes, carry out comprehensiveactivities, develop school-based Chinese reading materials and promote the joint of Chinese andspecialty. To fully demonstrate its feasibility, this paper includes a detailed study process.Literature study, questionnaires and case study are methods used in this paper. Based onteachers’ life experience and specific to a particular group, this paper discusses the approachesof adding aesthetic education to Chinese teaching in vocational schools. It stresses especiallythe feasibility. For the growth of individual life and happiness is the most legitimate educationalvalue of the pursuit. To focus on the students’ integrated development is a great educationaltrend in which the main front would be discipline penetration. It is hoped that this study couldcontribute to the vocational education’s development and the integrated development ofvocational students.
