Logistics is an important part of University, which supports the orderly, efficient and fast running. In China, Colleges and universities’logistics confront with the most difficult and important stage of reform, and this will lead to a social and professional result. Our logistics is responsible for improving the support staff treatment, and their living standards, besides, it is our responsibility to upgrade staff quality. Therefore, in order to adapt the socialization reform tendency, university logistics needs to import a modern human resources management system, which will help to standardize management of logistic human resources, upgrading the overall level of management and service.At the same time, the development of universities logistics service socialization reform result in the intensification of labor conflicts. The labor contract, system management, labor remuneration, social insurance, inductrial injury treatment, communication, part-time employment and labor dispatch increase gradually. The questions resolve themselves into the complex environment of college logistics, imperfect rules and regulations, unscientific salary and the performance appraisal is not in place. Therefore, the management of logistic human resources must change the idea, standardize the employment system, establish a reasonable salary system, effective incentive mechanism and scientific performance evaluation system, in order to improve the management of university logistics and the human resource management. The logistics of colleges and universities will become more and more specialized, standardized and efficient.
