Uighur culture has experienced two thousand years of cultural accumulation. It containsrich educational value. The author defines the Uygur culture as "a traditional Uygur culture" inthis paper. With the guidance of the new round curriculum reform, the research on Kashi Uygurcultural curriculum resources development boasts a great significance. This research focus on theteaching environment of Kashi Uygur nationality middle school, carries out the actualinvestigation of Kashi Uygur cultural curriculum resources development, recognizes the presentsituation, summarizes the current issues, analyzes the reason and finally reaches thecountermeasures. This research focuses on the local development of Uyghur culture curriculumresources to provide guidance, the development of the national education, the indirectinheritance of national culture.The first part, the author introduces the background of this research, the definition ofrelated concepts, literature review, theoretical foundation, the research methods and the researchideas.The second part, Emphasis on the feasibility of Kashi Uygur cultural curriculum resourcesdevelopment, introduces the history and geographical conditions in Kashi area, and the authordeeply analyses the ecological value of education, moral education, intellectual education value,value of regional history education, value of Uygur ethnic culture and aesthetic education value.The author also set up the research to a higher level: practical value of Uygur cultural heritageand "bilingual" personnel training. Finally elaborated Uygur culture curriculum resourcesdevelopment, it lays the groundwork for the next step of investigation.The third part, the specific investigation of Kashi Uygur cultural curriculum resourcesdevelopment present situation. After briefly introducing the survey design, implementation of thebasic situation and the national education on the basis of overall situation, investigation of KashiUygur cultural curriculum resources development status were summarized, give priority to theinvestigation questionnaire of primary school teachers and students, supplemented by interviewsof the education administrative departments and experts, including teachers and students of Uyghur cultural attitude, subject involved in the teaching of Uyghur culture, curriculumresources development and the specific implementation.The fourth part, explore the existing problems in the development of Uyghur curriculumresources: role of Uyghur culture heritage value and the school did not form a consensus, theteacher Uyghur cultural literacy is not high, the lack of policy support, the school educationteaching evaluation system is single, the curriculum development of its responsibility awarenessis not clear.Analysis the the causes of the problems: Increase the difficulty of understanding onthe Uighur cultural heritage value and the school main channel insufficient attention is notenough, the concept of the grassroots school leaders, teachers and quality constraints CurriculumDevelopment, Education administrative support, Normal Universities and research institutionsare weak, lack of cooperation in the development of the main.The fifth part, in order to get out of the dilemma and puts forward the followingcountermeasures: increase the value of Uyghur culture propaganda, the necessity of Uyghurculture curriculum development; change ideas and improve quality, improve the basic schoolUygur curriculum resources development practice; seek education policy on the Uygur culturecurriculum resources development support; to play a positive role in Higher Normal Collegesand scientific research the coordination mechanism; Uighur culture curriculum resourcesdevelopment main body to form a joint force.
