| Along with China’s rapid economic development and university education reform indepth, the major colleges and universities are increasingly faced with a variety of intensecompetition, changing market environments and complex social environment. Enrollment incolleges and universities continue to expand the size of the school, based on the existence ofmany unpredictable and uncontrollable factors, combined with the lack of reasonable causemajor college system constraints there is excessive debt, massive infrastructure projects a ndasset acquisition and repeat such an idle state series of questions.Topic of this article comes from the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance andthe Department of Education’s key research projects bidding "Guangdong university financialmanagement and state-owned asset management research" sub-topics. Hope that throughquestionnaires and interviews in the form of field research to find out the major colleges anduniversities in Guangdong province the status of state-owned assets management andproblems. Through building a performance evaluation system, comprehensive evaluation ofstate-owned assets management status of each university.As a tool to assess, evaluate collegesand universities found to be in excellent state-owned assets management of the Departmentand to identify the deficiencies in management, so that the object being evaluated can do eachother, and constantly improve their own management of state assets.This paper is divided into five sectors. The first chapter analyzes the universities at homeand abroad on the management of state assets and performance evaluation of the currentsituation, this paper presents the research methods and technology roadmap. Chapter IIquestionnaire survey and analysis of field interviews in the form of all colleges anduniversities in Guangdong Province, state-owned assets management situation and existingproblems, and puts forward the need for the introduction of performance evaluation. ChapterIII built Guangdong University Assets Management Performance Evaluation System. Thefourth chapter build a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
