"The construction of class culture" is the field which more and more scholars pay much more attention to in recent years. It makes teachers aware of the importance of the construction of class culture which uses its tangible and intangible power to affect every member of the class. Different class management modes and methods form diverse class cultures. Under the positive educational ideas, class culture construction must bring about an energetic and upward class atmosphere. Therefore, the construction of class culture under the positive educational ideas has favorable and positive effects on every member. The purpose of this study is to combine my current working situation to survey and analyze my students’ situation of positive psychological quality and explore how to stimulate and cultivate students’ positive psychological quality in the construction of class culture under positive educational ideas.This study uses questionnaire survey method, case method and classroom observation method. On the basis of literature research, the author of this paper fully analyses strategies and effects of his class culture construction through the practical experience of taking charge of a class as a teacher and the questionnaire survey for investigating the effects of the existing class culture construction as well as positive psychological quality of his class and then summarizes the ways of class culture construction which have positive effects on students and puts forward that something should be improved in class culture construction under the positive educational ideas in the future.This article is divided into four parts:First section, this paper explains the theoretical and practical meaning of why to choose this thesis. Firstly, this paper tries to combine the class culture and positive psychology and then to conduct research on measures of how to construct the class culture. Secondly, summarize and review the strategies of how to construct the class culture from the prospective of the teacher.Second section, summarize and conclude research result of class culture and positive psychology both at home and abroad.Third section, take a student from the class as a sample, analyze and summarize the condition of the psychology in the classFourth section, which is the key part of the whole paper, The fourth part is the key part of this paper, review strategy and effect of class culture construction based on the results, and make a summary of positive education under the concept of the two aspects, combining with my own experience from classes, I puts forward the future of class culture construction that needs to be perfected and teachers need to continue their efforts in the development of the students creativity.
