| Habit, which is relatively stable and automated, is a kind of learning behavior coming from repeated practice in certain contexts. This kind of habit has following features:posteriority in its formation, activity in pointing, situatedness in performance, internality in value, robustness in designing, emotionality in experience, bipolarity in nature and effectiveness in function. Good or bad habits not only affect the academic performance of the students in the school, but also it will affect the students’lifelong learning and development. Primary school stage is the best time for students to develop good habits.Cultivating the good habits of the pupils is necessary to the personality development, formation of self-learning ability and lifelong learning ability of the primary school students, and is also the basic task of the education of various subjects. Developing pupils good habits will not happen overnight, it is a long and difficult process, In addition to the constant recognization, internalization and cultivation of the pupils themselves, it needs the teachers to guide, regulate, train, correct and strengthen in the process of education and teaching step by step, with targets and plans. And it also needs the family and the school work together.This paper attempts to use education, psychology and other related theory, through observational method, interviewing method and case analysis, to achieve following objectives:doing some diagnostic studies to the status habits of pupils behavior; analyzing the problems in the pupils’ learning habits; exploring the countermeasures of the pupils good habits development; raising the principles, ways and methods of the development of the pupils good habits. My purpose of doing this research is to increase the direction and effectiveness of my teaching; to guide the teaching internship work of the primary school education students in college; to find some ways and means to help the pupils to change bad habits and cultivate good study habits; to help the elementary teacher to avoid detours. |
