It plays a positive role in avoiding the decline in physical health for the teenagerswith the ongoing development of physical education examination in high schoolentrance examination. Students’ physical education class and physical conditionsarouse the concern of the whole society through the physical education examination inthe nation and school. The implementation of physical education in high schoolentrance examination contributes to the growth of the teenagers and improves theirhealth conditions. The orientation of China’s education reform is transformed from“examination-oriented” education to “quality-oriented” education. With the longhistory of the high school entrance examination system and college entranceexamination system, students cannot help involving in “examination-oriented”education. In such kind of education, physical education examination in high schoolentrance examination still needs to be improved. The main purpose of high schoolentrance examination is to reflect students’ physical condition and comprehensivequality and to encourage them to develop the habit of doing exercise voluntarily so as toenhance the health of nations. With the implementation of physical educationexamination in high school entrance examination in several years, it has a good effectbut still needs further reform and improvement.Documentation methods, expert interviews, questionnaires, comparative analysisand simple statistical methods are applied to the study. Based on the scheme of physicaleducation examination in high school entrance examination in the central city in Chinafrom2010to2012, the comparison and research are studied from various aspects.Suggestions are provided for physical education examination in high school entranceexamination so as to make the development of school physical educatio n morereasonable and establish new “comprehensive quality-oriented” educationsystem.After comparing the research conclusions are as follows:1.after China’s centralcity junior high school entrance examination of sports compared to standardized testscores as the final result and the standardized test scores and usually score as the final result two kinds of scheme. Two kinds of final results accounting methods has itsadvantages and disadvantages.2.In our country the city center of state2project: threeyears of testing item quantity basically no change three to four projects, but the type ofproject every year to change. Through the comparison of high frequency mediumdistance running project and skills for project selection.3.score percentage reflects theimportance degree. In three years, the proportion of five center city basicallyunchan-ged, some city setting value proportion is low, regular assessment scores higherthan the unified exam scores.4.the sports course into the entran-ce examinationsubjects, improve the position of sports in the eyes of the people in a certain extent. Theschool sports curriculum increased significantly, other school culture course occupiesthe sports curriculum is greatly reduced, the school and the student a ttention onphysical education and sports teacher is obviously increased, in the case of Guangzhou,teaching methods be improved, sports teacher status improved, students usually takepart in physical exercise frequency improved.5.the sports course into the entranceexamination subjects, improve the position of sports in the eyes of the people in acertain extent. The school sports curriculum increased significantly, other schoolculture course occupies the sports curriculum is greatly reduced, the school a nd thestudent attention on physical education and sports teacher is obviously increased, in thecase of Guangzhou, teaching methods be improved, sports teacher status improved,students usually take part in physical exercise frequency improved.
