The implementation of physical examination is an unprecedented innovation of the education reform in our country, and other countries don’t have the system. The implementation of physical examination policies, it’s to improve the health of students and promote the role of sports education, improve a weak position in the schools. In our country this will provide a guarantee to better implementation of quality education. From the sports education development, PE entrance exam started relatively late, and because of special of the subjects, and many people are lack of correct understanding of PE exam and awareness, for example how to ensure the fair and equitable is people have been concerned about. This study compares the schemes of physical examination in 30 different areas. To make physical education system perfect and improve the quality of the students’ health and lay foundation for their lifelong sports, we analyze the general situation goal and signification, basic principle and requirement, guiding thought,the range and target of the examination,the structure and score of the examination,items of the examination,the evaluation standards,the test and evaluation of grade for the special students, the style and organization of the examination supervisory organization and examiners,the time and the examination place, the homogeny and difference of the safety guarantee, the advantage and disadvantage. To continue to improve the physical health of students, to constantly improve the students’mental health, provide the basis for further improvement and perfect the sports in the examination system, and lay a solid foundation for lifelong sports.It as follows:Physical examination embodiment written by the State Education Commission in 1997 included the implementation of an object, organization and leadership, test items, scoring criteria, levies, test-free and test will be delay, examination affairs, safeguard measures eight basic content from 30 cities programs, the programs generally include content provision, but the part of cities miss one or a few content elements, and also have some cities explain the test method described below. The study found that a full program should include 12 aspects, it’s the purpose and meanings basic principles and requirements、guidelines、implementation of the object> structure and examination scores、test projects、evaluation criteria、 special examinations and performance evaluation of candidates、organizational forms and institutions supervisory bodies and Proctors、examination time and place.Through the analysis of the 30 parts of the program can be inferred. Three elements programs-purpose and meaning、basic principles and requirements、 guidelines ideology are incomplete. But describing the purpose and meaning is much higher than the basic principles and requirements, guidance, while the purpose and significance of writing is not detailed enough, and describing the basic principles and requirements guidelines is very easy.By doing this research can be concluded that in the majority test the structure of a unified exam field, a few cities adopt a uniform junior high school three years study of comprehensive performance, the share of low scores proportion assessment process:exam points the values are concentrated 30%-50%, lower than other disciplines; examinations and grading in conjunction with the National Physical Health Standard mostly focused on endurance, strength, speed and so on, lack of motor skill projects; special candidates of policy implementation in accordance with national regulations.By comparison, PE test the unified leadership of the municipal education administrative departments, but not enough clear and specific division of labor; the existing supervisory system is more perfect, proctors arrangements and requirements are not clear; exams usually start on April-May, and didn’t indicate the specific test locations, test sites set mentioned requirements; the safety of examination works more perfectly, but lack of educating students of security awareness.
