The Ministry of education "on the further deepening of teaching reform in secondary occupationeducation certain opinions" and other documents issued,"Internship" personnel training mode asthe occupation education with Chinese characteristics, training mode and medium occupationschool basic education system, in all kinds and levels of schools vigorously and widely. Model forsecondary vocational school moral education work into the vitality and the vigor of new talentcultivation, but also brings many new problems and challenges: the primary schools in theimplementation process of the development is not balanced, moral education, moral education lackof blank phenomenon and problems exposed, especially the "Internship" talent cultivation mode ofmoral education the pertinence, effectiveness are not well adapted to the economic and socialdevelopment of high-quality workers and skilled personnel training requirements, seriouslyrestricting the development of Vocational education. Moral education in secondary vocational schoolto develop the "escort" as the talent, we must carry out reform and innovation under the newsituation, strengthening moral appeal and influence, improve the pertinence and effectiveness ofmoral education.This paper based on the "Internship" personnel training mode of enhancement of theeffectiveness of moral education in secondary vocational school, through the questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation, special discussion on my status of some secondary school moraleducation work in the study, students’ Ideological and moral status, investigation and reflection ofenterprise, family, social demand condition etc., find out the problem. On the basis of investigationand research, the laws and regulations, the central file using the method of literature research,moral education program and other aspects of the literature data access, analysis, collation, andtheoretically guiding this study. And to my own school (Guangdong Provincial Food and drugoccupation technical school) as a case study, led by general law, constructs the "personnel trainingmode of moral education in Secondary Vocational School Development Internship": tightlycombined with the actual work of the secondary vocational schools, puts forward to want to clear inorder to enhance the effectiveness of moral education as the goal, highlight the teachers andstudents two subjects, establish vocational students view, practice education concept, abilityeducation concept three concept, the implementation of four education link full, full, full andcomprehensive quality education, and moral education and teaching, student management,practice, to solve practical problems, five of students students internship working relationship, fromstrengthening "Internship" personnel training mode of moral education, moral education to enhancethe concept of teaching content and form of adjustment, the moral education management servicemode, the perfect enterprise culture construction mentality penetration, practice education idea,deepening moral evaluation standard update, the six major aspects of the "Internship" personneltraining mode to enhance vocational the school moral education work in the new strategies and newinitiatives.The moral education in secondary vocational school is a new work,"post practice" onenhancing the effectiveness of moral education under the talent cultivation has not ended, the focusof future studies will focus more on the linkage management mechanism of government, enterprise,school, students everywhere, in order to adapt to the market the demand for talents.
