Research On The Innovative Mode Of Software Talent Cultivation In Tianjin A University

In the 21st century of global economic integration and cultural diversification, innovation and scientific development is the main theme of the development in contemporary China; while the power of development and progress is innovation. The dilemma of "two sufficiencies and two difficulties" has always been a phenomenon existing in the software and information service industry for a long term; namely the sufficient demand of talents and sufficient supply of graduates; the difficulty in enterprise recruitment and the difficulty in graduate employment, thus proposing a serious challenge for the talent cultivation in universities. The Deputy Prime Minister Liu Yandong has pointed out:the most core task of higher education reform and development in the future ten years is to comprehensively improve the quality of higher education with talent cultivation as the center.With the increasingly fierce international competition with talent competition as the core, the society’s demand for software talents shows a trend of diversification. Colleges and universities, however, shoulder the task of cultivating advanced applicable talents. It has become a consensus reached in the talent cultivation mode to cultivate the diversified high-end applied software talents with coordinated development of knowledge, quality and ability. Cooperative education through industry-academy cooperation is the inevitable road for the reform of higher education talent cultivation mode.This paper analyzes the importance of cultivating the applied software talents under the background of continuous rapid development of the software industry. It elaborates the problems existing in the cultivation of the applied software talents, as well as the characteristics, aiming to propose a cultivation mode of cooperative education through industry-academy cooperation on basis of the problems existing in traditional talent cultivation mode and the combination of the education practice. Also, it discusses the expansion and innovation of the ways of cooperative education through industry-academy cooperation.With the innovation mode of software talent cultivation in Tianjin A University as an example, this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the efforts Tianjin A University has made in aspects of mechanism innovation, management mode innovation, and cultivation mode innovation. It constructs a talent cultivation mode of cooperative education through industry-academy cooperation with "industry-academy cooperation, cooperative education" as the cultivation goal, and market demand as the guidance, so as to adapt to the requirements of the new ear on the software talent cultivation mode reform.
