The period from0to3years old is the starting point and basis of one’s life. The promotion of early childhood education from0to3years old is arousing social attention and being an important part of preschool educational reformation and development. The general office of the Ministry of Education issued a document of starting the pilot project of early childhood education from0to3years old on January the6th2013. under the government’s support, the early childhood education for0-3years old flourished. Whereas, at present, early childhood education for0-3years old is facing many difficulties, such as short of financial appropriation, without education entity to carry out the project, high charge of private early childhood education which is beyond ordinary family’s capability, etc. Contrast with shanghai municipal’s financial support to early childhood education for0-3years old, a great number of districts in our country can not pay for early education for0-3years old. Under such circumstance, the author probes a new mode of community for early childhood education of0-3years old with kindergarten as subject and relying on regional community’s support.The author first systemically categorizes the relevant concepts of early childhood educational community for0-3years old and then sums up the common features of the community of early childhood education for0-3years old. The feasibility of the educational community is also analyzed. While discussing the researches and practices both at home and abroad, the author finds out that the mode abroad can only be used for reference because of different national situation, whereas studies at home are at low level and not systematical. In our country researches of early childhood education for0-3years old are at starting stage which need researchers to combine research with practice.To make further research about early childhood educational community for0-3years old, the author chooses one kindergartner in Zibo as object of study and presents current situation of early childhood education for0-3years old from the perspectives of kindergarten, community and family. The author mainly introduces concrete measures and relevant activities. The educational community in practice is reflected on and existing problems are pointed out.The author makes some suggestions from institutional, conceptual and professional perspective in concluding part and the limitations of the thesis is also reflected on. Early childhood educational community for0-3years old with kindergarten as subject can’t exist without the appropriate situation and is just an exploration in the development of early childhood education. The author aims at doing her bit for the development of early childhood education for0-3years old and hopes all children grow up happily and healthily.
