With the rapidly developing of the Chinese economy, the construction of anew socialist countryside is accelerating. Rural education has attracted more andmore attention. It is particularly important that rural teachers are facing theunfamiliar cultural requirements of all the time. Teachers’ culture means values andbehaviors that teacher forms in teaching activities and development of ideas. Thebasic education curriculum reform plays a decisive role, because the major reformin the new curriculum is the reform of school, for the school culture’ssubject---teacher culture, is the best embodiment of campus culture. Therefore, thisstudy in terms of one representative rural primary school to explain rural teachers’perspective of culture under new curriculum reform.In this paper, nearly70thousand words, in addition to the original and theconclusion, the main structure consists of five parts.The first part introduces the research context, the relevant definition of ruralteachers’ culture concept that associated with research, the purpose、the meaningand the methods of research; the second part, this article explore the teacher cultureand the new course reform through the literature research and the function of theteacher culture systematically, the teacher and the culture demand of newcurriculum reform; the third part, present the development of Z primary school andthe research of its rural teachers to reveal the behavior and the value; the fourth part,reflect the cultural criticism, build rural teachers’ cultural characterization, createmental images and promotion, coordinate and improve system carrier, and guidethe creation of behavior culture. Those four aspects reflecte and criticize the teacherculture of Z primary school; the fifth part reveals the country’s teacher culturethrough research and reflection on Z primary school.
