All-sided Implementation of quality education is our country foundation education domain a profound change, the wind blows to the classroom reform throughout the country. With the development of economy, urban and rural education gap widen, the difficulties of basic education is in rural areas, in which,the teaching equipment is simple, most of school, the traffic is inconvenience, and information not unobstructed, teachers rarely have the opportunity to go out to learn and exchange, the teachers troop overall quality is low. In fact, rural schools also want to change, to solve teaching difficulties. They hope through teaching reform to change the situation that students from rural to the city to read and good student and teachers to leave for the weak of teaching quality.Studied and discussed present situation and problems of the rural school education reform, can promote the deepening of education reform and development of rural school effectively.The process of the teaching reform by the Lianyuan stone middle school in Hunan Province for the breakthrough point, from four aspects to analyze rural schools teaching reform situation : reason of stone middle school teaching reform, studying and researching of stone middle school teaching reform, preparation of stone middle school teaching reform as well as implementation process. Through field observation, questionnaire survey research and key figures interviews, this text analyzed the teaching reform experience that is worthy of reference for rural schools from stone middle school. The survey found :It is effective method that make teachers directly into the efficient classroom to change the concept of rural school teachers;Stone middle school teaching reform stage of research learning unified the teachers teaching reform’s aim; Implementing rural school teaching reform will lead to teachers’ work enthusiasm, the teachers can find pleasure in it; Teaching reform promoted teachers’ awareness of self-improvement, teachers want to go out learning. Paper for accelerating rural school teaching reform, points out that the rural middle school teaching reform:(1), The principal behavior orientation change correctly that can improve the efficiency of teachers’ work;(2), Mountain stone of learning problem, drawing lessons and studying experience from which school teaching reform is successful, which is an effective way to promote the teaching reform of rural schools;(3), Encouraging teachers’ attention to the development of the future, rather than the current material;(4), Reshaping the campus cultural atmosphere, construction of the new curriculum needs to open, cooperation, democracy, and creation and pursuit of teacher culture atmosphere in the countryside.
