A Case Study On Using Edutainment, E-lerning To Teach Chinese Language About Korean Child

Animation has been to a kind of popular media form in television and Internet which iswidely favored by children and adolescents. Animation can provoke a little child ofattentiveness to help understanding Chinese and give rise curiosity about Chinese, Byextension Edutainment is a route of children which is the most quickly of contacting Chineseword.So then at this current of time need to research about the Edutainment effective teachingmethod and characteristic.This article is about teaching Chinese through the Edutainment method. I was teachingmy child using the way of this method on the website <www.shaopang.com>.It’s a researchshowing evidence of the efficiency, flexibility of the Edutainment teaching. It’s helpful tocreate a relaxed and joyful environment. Thus the children will learn Chinese by the computermore actively and the language ability. There are many parents in Korea having usedEdutainment teaching method on the website and acknowleged its advantages. They all haveexperienced the advantages and specialties of that method. It’s convenient for the children tostudy anytime using the internet.This research focuses on the children of my own. Given the advantages of research inwhich we parents experienced it ourselves, this approach proves its advantages incontrastwith general teaching method and explores the application of Edutainment teaching at home,There are not enough research result attention paid on the method domestic and abroad,although it has various advantaged.Currently, this approach is still on the first step and the research of Edutainment teachingisn’t sufficient. I expect that this research is helpful for the parents to teach Chinese and willbe beneficial to the research of this approach.
