Vertical jump, a typical muscle stretch-shorten form is the basis of many sports, and improving the jump ability plays an important role in promoting the sports skills and increasing sports scores.Strength training is the main way of increasing muscle power and the vertical jump ability. And strength training adopts different forms of muscle contraction such as isometric contraction, centrifugal contraction, the pure heart to heart contraction or pure centrifugal contraction and super isometic contraction.. Previous research shows that lower limbs’strength training can be up to the most powerful effectively. However, on the premise of the sane control load, different strength training makes little differerce in vertical jump. Therefore, this study tries to investigate whether the strength training in lower limbs of heart to heart contraction has an effect on the static vertical jump and rebound jump under the equal conditions, then can gets good theories and previous value.This article among20leisure sports professional students of Xi’an sports institute as the research objects (group A10persons [pure heart to heart contraction] group B10persons [centrifugal to heart contraction]),adopts two different forms of muscle contraction for8weeks, using the literature material, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, method of lower limb strength training. It analyzes dynamic aspects of static vertical jump and rebound vertical jump by Swiss KILSTER9287C type3measuring forces set before and after the experiment. The following results are1. Whether it is heart to heart training group or centrifugal training group,all the indexes have increased significantly before and after the experiment. This shows that strength training can improve the rapid strength, maximum force in the lower limbs significantly.2. In the Students of Centrifugal to heart training group, lower limbs stretch maximum force and explosive force improves obviously,comparing heart to heart training group.3. After the experiment, heart to heart to heart training group has obvious difference between verical jump(0.01<P<0.05) and rebound jump (P<0.01), while heart to centrifugal training group not, but it has obvious difference in the rebound jump(P<0.01). This means that different kinds of strength training affects the height of verictical jump differently, especially has obvious effect on the reound jump.4. After the experiment, there is no obvious difference between heart to heart training group and heart to centrifugal training group. It shows that two kinds of strength training don’t influence the vertical jump.5. The higher degree between structure characteristics of the strength training, the muscle forece way and the special technical characteristics of vertical jump, the better transfering results are. Because muscle force characteristics and working mode are close to static vertical jump in the process of heart to heart stength training group, it has a better vetvtical effect in this group...
