From the beginning of this century, along with the deepening of educational reform, higher vocational education and vocational high school has been rapid development. Universities and Senior high school also began a large-scale Enrollment expansion. The living space of the secondary vocational school Compressed Seriously. Many secondary vocational schools have taken down admission to maintain the size of the school in order to survive. This leads to student’s ideological, cultural quality decreased obviously. To the new situation and new problems, the original philosophy and methods of management have been difficult to adapt to. The purpose of the paper is to conduct a series of surveys and interviews for the secondary students of the Ziping Campus (secondary department) of Sichuan Conservancy Technical Institute and to explore the possibility that implement "humanistic-management" and "Legal management" in the secondary vocational school, in order to solve the existing contradictions and conflicts in student management work under the new situation, to achieve the two-way interaction, school managers and students harmonious development.First processing the questionnaire, and then analyzing the results with the interviews. Understanding the secondary school students’ common features in the family, thought, learning and other aspects, and their feedback to school management work. looking for the problems of the school in the student management work, putting forward my thinking to improve the pattern of student management in secondary vocational school. The final,studying for the possibility that implement "humanistic-management" and "Legal management" in the secondary vocational school. Through the research, I think that the secondary school managers of student management should first of all change idea and firmly establish the concept of " Humanistic-management" and "Legal-management" in the work. Student management staff should be more often to students, maintain communication with students and exchange, create a democratic atmosphere, create" Humanistic-management" favorable environment. In the development of management rules and regulations, they should be widely heard various opinions, established an effective supervision and complaint mechanism, also should do good conduct propaganda and popularization, to formulate rules and regulations to be carefully executed. we must pay attention to cultivate and enhance students’ subject consciousness in student management, and gradually change the current secondary students have on family, society and school depend on the thought, strengthen students’consciousness of self-management and self-discipline, full play the initiative of students.
